Round1 opens in Edison’s Menlo Park Mall

EDISON, N.J., April 16 (ZFJ) — Round1 Bowling & Arcade opened in Menlo Park Mall on Feb. 7, 2026.

Round1 is a Japan-based amusement center chain with locations across America. The one in Edison is located in the former Rainforest Cafe at 55 Parsonage Road Space 1850A.

Entertainment facilities include a huge arcade, bowling alley, billiards, and karaoke. The bowling alley is located on the left and near the party rooms.

Round1 is open every day of the week from 10:00 a.m to 2:00 a.m., and pricing information is available online.

ZFJ reporter Zoe Wu visited the day after opening and reported arcade game pricing to be $2 for a new game card and $1 for four credits. The minimum amount of credits that can be loaded onto a card is 40 credits for $10.

Claw machines cost 9-14 credits to play depending on the size of the prizes.

“Round1 coming here is a product of, quite frankly, years of talks, let’s just say, and we are so proud that Round1 is here right now,” said Mayor Sam Joshi at the grand opening. “From bowling and entertainment, Edison is not only the restaurant capital of New Jersey, but we are also the entertainment hub of New Jersey.”
